Stephanie Bouvard-Moreton also known as Coach StephB is a Franco-British New York based fitness professional and plant powered wine expert. Steph coaches female runners in their forties and beyond. She is notorious for her knowledge in physiology and anatomy which grant her an eagle eye for runners’ biomechanics. In addition, her areas of expertise are deeply rooted in a holistic approach to wellness and fitness: mobility, strength, nutrition and mindset.
Coach Steph started her fitness career as a group exercise instructor back in the late nineties as a part time job while at university. Upon graduating with distinction from a Master’s degree in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business, France, she then moved into a career of sports marketing and media while still keeping a part time gig in personal training. It wasn’t until 2013 that she decided it was time to live fully her passion: help women love their body through the powers of running. She quit her corporate job as a global marketing VP and went full throttle into coaching. It was then that she studied closer the human body and worked along side physical therapists and
naturopaths so she could better support her clients to run and live pain free both physically and mentally.
Most recently Steph reconnected with ballet and became the first US based fit-pro to be certified to teach Ballet BeFit, a unique form of exercise which uses ballet principles and fitness modalities. Steph teaches a ballet inspired strength and mobility class specifically designed for women who like to run.
Stephanie is also extremely passionate about wine and at time of writing was preparing to take on the grueling Advanced Diploma in Wine with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Steph strongly believes that Wellness doesn’t mean Wineless and thus wants to support women who have a strong desire to invest in their wine and their well-being.
When not designing a class, coaching a group of runners or revising for a blind wine tasting exam, you will find Steph cooking up a feast in the kitchen while discussing the next family adventure with her husband Paul and their two fur-babies (the Furbies) Yuki and Nushka. The four of them are inseparable and go absolutely everywhere together!
